Admission Schedule

Admissions are open for classes PG and Nursery from 1st January to 15th April and for class Prep to class Nine from 1st March to 15th April every year. A student migrated from other districts is admitted any time provided he/she submits previous result card and school leaving certificate and passes entry test.

Admission Requirements

A student seeking admission has to be of the age given against each class on 1st of March.

Age/date of birth for new admissions will be verified through computerized NADRA Form B, birth certificate issued by NADRA/Union Council/Cantonment Board and school leaving certificate which will be retained in the school record.

Admission to Play Group class will be done after a successful interview only.

Admission of a student in class Nursery to class 9 will be done on merit on passing written entry test with at least 40% marks and an interview by a committee headed by the Principal/Section Head. Principal may order retest of a student, giving him/her another 10 days, who secures at least 30% marks in the first admission test. No student will be given a third chance.

Fee & Scholarships

Tuition fee in Alkhidmat High School (Khursheed Begum Girls Campus) is less than half of that charged by other large schools of the area. Moreover, orphans and other deserving students are granted subsidy in their tuition fee at the rates of 100% and 50%. Some other students are provided uniforms and books etc. for free with a cash stipend.

Migration & Withdrawal

A student migrating from other districts will be allowed admission provided he/she qualifies on merit. However students migrating from other schools will have to produce Leaving Certificate from the school last attended.

A student intending to leave school has to put up application to the Principal who will issue School Leaving Certificate after necessary clearance activity.
